what a difference a year makes!

Well I've been living in northern Idaho for over a year and it's been wonderful. I've been really busy moving into a new house, not far from my old place 2 blocks south and 2 blocks west. Now I'm even closer to the lake with a nice beach access. A great place to put in the kayaks. Have been doing some exploring with friends and have found some really great fishing sites. Look out fishies here I come!

Hmmmmm

Well, I'm in Idaho but it seems that I'm in Clarion too. Obviously the name has been changed but the person that changed it didn't bother to let the new art teacher create her own web pages just used my old ones. I hope this gets fixed because it looks rather unprofessional. Just my observations from Idaho.

Last of the Mohicans

Out and about on the kayak fishing and just crusing. The water has dropped 5 feet since Tuesday. Now I can't get up into my favorite fishing hole! We need rain desperatly so maybe this weekend we will get some. Although it does put a damper on the kayaking. :(

Woo Hoo!

Well I'm back from Idaho, 2 weeks of what seemed like spring break for adults. What a BLAST, Smokey Robinson, Chic Gamine, Ziggy Marley, "Green" bay hike, Jack, and lots of other friends and family made this a great vacation. Now it's back to work... but Tigger will prevail!
Here's a pic of Green Bay

Getting lazy

Well it's been awhile since I posted last. Let me see... been kayaking all over Western Pa from north to south, getting my house and things ready for going back to work, creating and making jewelry, painting, drawing, reading oh, and taking the dog for a walk twice a day. So as a result I haven't posted much. Looking forward to my next trip out west. Can't wait to see Sandpoint Idaho, family and friends. PLUS there will be an art festival, music, artists, and just plain fun.

The Last Lecture

Just finished the book "The Last Lecture" by Randy Pausch, what an inspiration for life. His passion for what he is and the legacy that he leaves will always be remembered. A must read book in my opinion.

SUMMER VACATION

Well, school is finished and now to enjoy some fishing and kayaking. Still have to work on rewriting curriculum for next year but most of it is done, just needs some tweaking here and there.
